• What is your commission process like?
You and I will discuss what it is you’re looking for, and how much it will cost. Once I have agreed to take on your commission, I will upload a “custom piece for x” item in my shop, at which point you purchase it and follow whatever directions you need to. Once I begin working, I will send you an email, and I will touch base with you intermittently throughout the process so you are kept in the loop.
During this time, you will be given two opportunities to request minor changes to the piece. If you start requesting major changes, you will have to pay for an entirely new commission.
Once the project is done, you will pay the remaining balance (if there is one), and then I will email either email you the final product directly, or email you a secure dropbox link to the final product (depending on how large the file is).

Why do you not print and ship?
I’d have to include the price of printing and shipping into the cost of the commission, and it would honestly be an unnecessary expense for you. It’s more cost-efficient for you to print it at your leisure :)

    Do you do traditional work?
At the moment, no. While I am open to the idea in the future, for the time being, all commissioned pieces will be digital.

Are your pet diagrams only for cats and dogs?
Not at all! I can draw whatever pet you have, including imaginary friends and pet rocks :)
Cats and dogs just happen to be the most popular.

What sort of content will you not draw?
Overall, these are the main things I refuse to draw:
    -Political or religious imagery
    -Bigoted imagery
    -Illegal imagery
Other things that I will not draw come down to my discretion, and I am not obligated to take on a commission I am not comfortable with.

Why did you refuse my commission?
I have the right to refuse service for any reason; however, common reasons would include:
-Asking me to finish or copy another artist’s work
-Asking for content I’ve established I will not do
-Asking for content I cannot do

  • What does the cost of your commission cover?
My time and labor. Although these pieces are digital, they still require a lot of time and a lot of attention to detail in order to make sure everything comes out right.

    Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available until I start to work on your piece. Once I’ve started, then no refund will be issued even if you cancel the order.
If I have to cancel your order, however, then I will refund you.

    Do you accept payment plans?
Anything under $200 is to be paid in full up front. $200+ can be paid in full, or with a 50% minimum deposit, with the remaining balance due before I deliver the final product.

    Discounts?
    No
